The Independent Zoo Enthusiasts Society is a non-profit-making body committed to spreading the good news about good zoos. Membership costs just £21 per year in the UK and £29 overseas. Members receive the Society's quarterly newsletter, Zoo Grapevine, plus discounts on the new range of Society books. In addition members are occasionally given the opportunity to take part in informal zoo visits which may also include behind-the-scenes tours.
